At Wild Flora, we design wedding florals for The Bradford with a romantic, garden-inspired approach—layering seasonal blooms, soft movement, and natural textures to bring warmth and depth to the space. FULL Service Florals: The Wild Flora Design Process

We always start by getting to know you. This is your event, after all! During your hour consultation, we’ll explore your floral event design inspirations, discuss your budget, and brainstorm ideas to bring your vision to life.
To reserve our floral services, we require a 50% retainer and the signing of our floral contract.
Still unsure of how many tables you’ll have? No problem! You have up until 30 days before the event to make any final changes needed to your floral order.
After booking your date, our creative director will curate a beautifully customized moodboard based on your incorporated ideas and our work. You’ll even have a page dedicated to flower types based on your event season, in which we intentionally incorporate blooms from both faraway lands and by our local North Carolina flower farming community.
If you’ve chosen a custom installtion, you can expect a digital rendering of your unique design to showcase how we plan to bring your masterpiece to life.
Approximately five weeks before your event, we’ll discuss all the final details and logistics. Any last-minute requests? No worries, we’ve got you covered. You have the freedom to alter your floral order up until 30 days before the big day.
The Wild Flora design team arrives! From making sure the wedding party has all of their personals to carefully installing a cascading chandelier of flowers over the dance floor, we make sure each and every detail of your event is beautifully fulfilled.
If you’ve chosen the Full Service Design option, the Wild Flora team takes care of all breakdown and removal of floral trash and composting. You are welcome to take home stems of flowers, but please leave the vases and vessels for us.
